We went to Bear Lake for Thanksgiving. We had so much fun at Grandpa and Grandma's house. It was nice to have a whole week off of school which made it even better. I love the holidays at my parents house. It's always so cozy and welcoming. The food was scrumptious, too.
Alayna had fun playing with her cousin, Grace, in their pretty dresses ; she also had fun playing with her other cousins. She didn't want to come home and just play with boring Mom and Dad after a week at Grandma's.
This is Grandma's village. I love it! I look forward to seeing it every year and how much it changes. Alayna loved it when Grandpa showed her the flying Santa and reindeer.
Alayna went for a ride on the tractor with Grandpa and honked the horn all the way across the farm. Every time we see a cow when we're driving she asks if it's Grandpa's.

Great pictures, Hilary! Those rolls look so yummy. Mom makes the best rolls ever! And thanks for posting the picture of the village. I just couldn't quite visualize it and I've been dying to see it. It's really beautiful. Alayna and Grace look so cute. Isn't it true that there's a detox period after being at Grandma's. It's just not as much fun at home. And the picture with Grandpa and Alayna on the tractor is so neat. It'll make Olivia jealous! Glad you had a good time!
