This morning when we woke up, Alayna and I shoveled the four inches of new snow off the driveway. She used the dustpan because the shovel was to big.
Then, we made some candy cane Kiss cookies for Daddy because it was a blizzard outside.
This is what the driveway looked like two hours after we shoveled it.Brrrr....! "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas"!
How fun! It's currently just raining here - not very Christmasy. The cookies look really cute! I think I almost made that recipe last week (is it from the Taste of Home magazine?). Did they taste better than the green pancakes? :D
ReplyDeleteThey are so much better than the green pancakes. I'm getting a little sick of the snow, already, because they don't plow in Pocatello and it's snowed over a foot this week. Hope you have a merry Christmas... and be glad it's just rain. (:
ReplyDeleteLooking at the pictures does make me glad we're living in the land of freezing mist this week. It makes Olivia very jealous! Alayna looks like such a good helper girl. I need the recipe for those cookies. They are so cute and festive. Merry Christmas Eve!
